Kitchen Fish Boil

per person

1/2 lb. white fish steak

3 small (new) potatoes

2 small onions

1/4 cup melted butter

boil salted water;

cook potatoes for 10 mintues

add onions and cook 10 minutes more

add fish and cook 10 minutes more (or less depending on size of fish)

drain and top with butter

serve with corn on the cob, fluffy white rolls, and cole slaw
