  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups rolled wheat flakes
  • 2 cups rye flakes
  • 2 cups barley flakes
  • (2 cups rice nuts, if you can find them)
  • 2 cups buckwheat groats
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1 cup wheat bran
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raw cashew pieces
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup flax seed
